The Tennessee Titans, based in Nashville, Tennessee, compete in the AFC South division of the NFL. Originally known as the Houston Oilers, they began as an AFL team in 1960 before merging with the NFL in 1970. The Titans have a storied history, with two AFL championships and multiple playoff appearances. Their home games are held at Nissan Stadium, with a new stadium expected by 2027. The team is currently led by head coach Brian Callahan and general manager Ran Carthon.
