Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic, founded in 1989, are a professional basketball team based in Orlando, Florida. Competing in the NBA’s Southeast Division, the Magic have been home to several NBA legends, including Shaquille O’Neal, Penny Hardaway, and Dwight Howard. The team has reached the NBA playoffs 17 times in 35 seasons, advancing to the NBA Finals twice, in 1995 and 2009, though they fell short of winning the title both times. Despite not capturing a championship, the Magic’s influence on the NBA, particularly during their peak years, remains significant, marked by their development of superstar talent.
