Nikita Kucherov, born June 17, 1993, is a Russian professional ice hockey right winger and alternate captain for the Tampa Bay Lightning in the NHL. Known for his exceptional offensive skills, vision, and playmaking, Kucherov is widely regarded as one of the top players in the world. In the 2018-19 season, he dominated the league, winning the Hart Memorial Trophy (MVP), Art Ross Trophy (top scorer), and Ted Lindsay Award (best player, as voted by peers). Kucherov has been instrumental in the Lightning’s success, including back-to-back Stanley Cup championships in 2020 and 2021.
