Kristopher Letang, born April 24, 1987, is a dynamic Canadian defenseman and alternate captain for the Pittsburgh Penguins. Drafted 62nd overall in 2005, Letang’s elite skating and offensive prowess have made him a key player for Pittsburgh. He has won three Stanley Cups (2009, 2016, 2017) and has been an integral part of the team’s success. Internationally, Letang has represented Canada at the U18 and U20 levels, winning gold at the 2006 and 2007 World Junior Championships. Known for his endurance, leadership, and resilience, Letang is among the NHL’s top defensemen and a core Penguins leader.
