Bologna

Bologna Football Club 1909, often known as Bologna, is a historic Italian football club based in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna. Founded in 1909, Bologna was a founding member of Serie A and boasts seven top-flight titles, with their last league championship in 1964. The club also holds two Coppa Italia victories from the 1970s and one UEFA Intertoto Cup. Known for their early dominance in Italian football, Bologna struggled with relegation and financial instability in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. Under Canadian ownership led by Joey Saputo, Bologna has stabilized. They play at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara, a historic venue since 1927.
