BeÅŸiktaÅŸ Jimnastik Kulübü, commonly known as BeÅŸiktaÅŸ or BJK, is a prominent Turkish sports club founded on March 3, 1903, in the BeÅŸiktaÅŸ district of Istanbul. It is one of the “Big Three” football clubs in Turkey, alongside Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, and is notable for its consistent success in Turkish football. BeÅŸiktaÅŸ is the oldest sports club in Turkey and has the distinction of being the first to bear the Turkish flag on its crest. The club has won 21 league titles, including 16 Turkish Süper Lig titles, three Turkish National Division titles, and two Turkish Football Championship titles. Notably, they won the Süper Lig undefeated in the 1991–92 season. Their home ground, BeÅŸiktaÅŸ Stadium (currently known as TüpraÅŸ Stadium due to sponsorship), is renowned for its excellent location and modern amenities. The club last won the Turkish Süper Lig and Turkish Cup in the 2020–21 season.
