Trent Jordan Watt, commonly known as T.J. Watt, is an elite American football linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers, born on October 11, 1994, in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. A product of the Wisconsin Badgers, Watt was selected by the Steelers as the 30th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. Over the course of his career, he has earned recognition as one of the premier pass rushers in the NFL, consistently ranking among the league’s top sack leaders. Watt’s 2021 season was historic, as he tied the single-season NFL sack record with 22.5 sacks, equaling Michael Strahan’s 2001 record.
