Derek Dallas Carr, born on March 28, 1991, is a quarterback for the New Orleans Saints in the NFL. He played college football at Fresno State, earning first-team All-Mountain West Conference honors twice. Drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 2014, Carr established himself as the franchise leader in passing yards, touchdowns, and completions during his nine-year tenure. A four-time Pro Bowler, he led the Raiders to playoff berths in 2016 and 2021, breaking a 14-year drought for the team. After a disappointing 2022 season, Carr was released and joined the Saints in 2023. Known for his strong arm, leadership, and consistency, Carr aims to revitalize the Saints’ offense.
