David Alaba, born 24 June 1992, is an Austrian footballer who excels as both a centre-back and left-back for Real Madrid and the Austria national team. Renowned for his versatility and technical prowess, Alaba began his career in Bayern Munich’s youth system and quickly rose to prominence. He made over 400 appearances for Bayern, winning ten Bundesliga titles and two UEFA Champions League trophies (2013, 2020). In 2021, he joined Real Madrid, securing La Liga, the Supercopa, and the Champions League in his debut season.
