Anthony Marshon Davis Jr. (born March 11, 1993) is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA. A versatile power forward and center, he is a nine-time NBA All-Star and a four-time All-NBA First Team selection. Davis made an immediate impact, leading the Kentucky Wildcats to a national championship and winning multiple collegiate awards, including the Consensus National Player of the Year. Drafted first overall in 2012 by the New Orleans Hornets, he quickly established himself as a dominant force, winning an NBA title with the Lakers in 2020 and earning accolades such as NBA All-Star MVP.
