Thomas Müller

Thomas Müller (born 13 September 1989) is a German footballer known for his versatility and consistency, playing for Bayern Munich. Renowned for his positioning, teamwork, and stamina, Müller has excelled in various attacking roles including attacking midfielder, second striker, and winger. A Bayern Munich product, Müller has won a record twelve Bundesliga titles, six DFB-Pokals, eight DFL-Supercups, two UEFA Champions League titles, two UEFA Super Cups, and two FIFA Club World Cups. His breakthrough came in the 2009–10 season, and he has since been pivotal in Bayern’s successes, including their historic treble in 2012–13 and another treble in 2019–20. Müller also set the Bundesliga record for assists and holds the record for the most UEFA Champions League appearances with one team. For Germany, Müller was key in their 2010 and 2014 World Cup campaigns, winning the Golden Boot in 2010 and playing a crucial role in their 2014 victory. He retired from international football after UEFA Euro 2024.
