Richarlison de Andrade, born 10 May 1997, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Tottenham Hotspur and the Brazil national team. Richarlison started his career with América Mineiro in 2015, helping the team secure promotion from the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B in his debut season. He then moved to Fluminense, where he made a notable impact with 19 goals in 67 appearances, earning a place in the Team of the Season in 2017. His performances caught the eye of Watford, followed by a transfer to Everton, and later to Tottenham Hotspur in 2022. On the international stage, Richarlison made his Brazil debut in 2018. He was instrumental in Brazil’s victory at the 2019 Copa América, a finalist in the 2021 Copa América, and won a gold medal at the 2020 Olympics. His stunning scissors kick goal against Serbia at the 2022 FIFA World Cup earned him the Hyundai Goal of the Tournament award.
