Obadiah Richard Toppin Jr. (born March 4, 1998) is an American professional basketball player for the Indiana Pacers in the NBA. Standing 6 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 220 pounds, Toppin plays as a power forward. He gained prominence during his college career at the University of Dayton, where he showcased his scoring ability and athleticism, earning the Naismith College Player of the Year award in 2020. Selected 8th overall in the 2020 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks, Toppin quickly became known for his explosive dunks and versatility. He continues to develop his game with the Pacers, contributing to their rebuilding efforts.
