Known for his exceptional playmaking ability and agility, he previously played for the New York Rangers and Dallas Stars. Before entering the NHL, Zuccarello showcased his talent in the Swedish Elite League with Modo Hockey, where he won the Guldhjälmen in 2010 as the league’s most valuable player. As one of only nine Norwegians in NHL history, he is widely regarded as the best to represent Norway in the league, contributing significantly to the growth of hockey in his home country.
