Luka Dončić is a Slovenian professional basketball player for the Dallas Mavericks, widely regarded as one of the greatest European players in history. Born in 1999, Dončić began his career with Real Madrid, where he became the youngest debutant in club history and led them to a EuroLeague title in 2018, winning MVP honors. Drafted third overall in 2018, he joined the Mavericks and quickly became a star, earning Rookie of the Year. He has since been selected to five NBA All-Star Games and five All-NBA First Teams. In 2024, he led the NBA in scoring and guided the Mavericks to the NBA Finals.
