Jordan Alexander Love is the starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers. Born on November 2, 1998, in Bakersfield, California, Love played college football at Utah State. During his college career, he was named to the second-team All-Mountain West Conference in 2018 and earned the MVP title at the 2018 New Mexico Bowl. Love was drafted by the Packers in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft (26th overall pick). After three years as a backup quarterback behind Aaron Rodgers, Love was named the starting quarterback for the 2023 season. In his first year as a starter, he led the Packers to a playoff victory. In recognition of his success, Love signed a four-year contract extension worth $220 million before the 2024 season began.
