Andre Drummond (born August 10, 1993) is an American professional basketball player currently with the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA. A highly regarded center, he was selected ninth overall in the 2012 NBA Draft by the Detroit Pistons after a standout season at the University of Connecticut. Drummond quickly made his mark, earning All-Rookie Second Team honors in 2013 and his first All-Star selection in 2016. Known for his exceptional rebounding skills, he has led the league multiple times in this category. Drummond’s career has included stints with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers, Brooklyn Nets, and Chicago Bulls, alongside representing the U.S. national team.
