Alvin Kamara, born July 25, 1995, is an American professional football running back for the New Orleans Saints in the NFL. A standout player at Tennessee, Kamara was selected by the Saints in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He made an immediate impact as a rookie, winning NFL Rookie of the Year honors and being named a Pro Bowler. Kamara is known for his versatility, excelling both as a runner and a receiver. In 2020, he set an NFL record by scoring six rushing touchdowns in a single game. Throughout his career, he has been a constant Pro Bowl selection and became the Saints’ all-time rushing leader in 2024. His ability to contribute in multiple facets of the game has made him one of the top running backs in the league.
