F1 movie star Javier Bardem shares a clip of Israeli scholar Omer Bartov terming what’s going on at Gaza a “Genocide”

Javier Bardem, the F1 movie actor, shared a clip regarding the Israel-Palestine conflict. Bardem, from his Instagram account, shared Israeli-American scholar Omer Bartov’s statement, where the latter opened up about Israel’s alleged “genocide” of Palestine.

Israel has a long-standing conflict with Palestine over the occupation of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The two powers have been at loggerheads over this for years, and as a result, have incurred significant human casualties.

The casualty in Palestine is reportedly enormous and was as horrifying as genocide, something Bartov spoke about in his recent chat with Piers Morgan. This was something that Bardem shared from his official Instagram account with the caption, “That Clear. Genocide,” and showed solidarity with Palestinians.

Bartov said:

“The statistics are that between 2 and 5% of the population have been killed, 60-70% of them civilians, a third of those killed are children, over 1000 of those killed are children below the age of one. That’s a ratio that has not existed in the 21st Century, and indeed, you’ve to go back to World War 2 for these figures.

“Some of the destructions in the cities in Gaza, is greater than the destruction of Hiroshima in nuclear weapons, and so we now have only one part of Gaza that is not completely flattened and right now as we speak in Diraballah, the IDF is involved in destroying it,” he further added.
